I have many tooth that are broken and have cavities Will it be a problem if it's kept like that as it doesn't pain for years

At an age of 30 if many teeth are affected then what would be the condition in next 5 years you can imagine. Due to the unnecessary delay you will end up loosing most of your teeth and more costly treatments to fix them up.

Yes definitely it shall be a problem if you keep the broken teeth like this for years,they may not be in restorable stage later on.Get an X-ray done and see a dentist asap .
