I am having pain in manubrium area. I checked X ray and ECG everything is normal. I don't have smoking habit. Doctor gave me medicine for ulcer but not effective.

It's most likely costochondritis.. It's a self resolving condition... Don't worry.. Take Tab. Combiflam twice daily after food for 5days..
