I have attached mri scan report
Right testis absent
Left testis is undecended testis
In semen analysis test showing Azoospermia
Bilateral seminal vesicles with mild hypoplastic with prominent cryst...but I don't feel any pain or symptoms
Hormonal balance test are normal
AMH report is normal
Inhibin b test report is normal
I have a concern that bcz of testis I have zero sperm count or from bilateral seminal vesicles I have zero sperm count...please clarify it

Your normal Inhibin B and AMH indicate the undescended left testis is likely producing sperm â good sign. The azoospermia is most likely obstructive, caused by bilateral hypoplastic seminal vesicles with cysts blocking the ejaculatory ducts, rather than a testicular failure issue.

Your testis and seminal vesicle findings need review together, not separately. A fertility specialist and a urologist should look at your MRI, semen analysis and hormone reports as one picture.

Ask your urologist to loop in a male-fertility specialist so both reports get read alongside each other.
