Male breast cancer

Hi doctor, Bit affraid since morning.. I had sudden spasm kind of feel in mine left side chest( near nipple area). It wss dor few seconds. Since, then i am bit afraid if this could be breast cancer something I asked my gf to check tgat area and she said nothing as such... Area around nipple is bit dark or something...not sure... Attached...image.. Feeling embarrassing to share this..but pleade suggest...

Chances of being breast cancer is less likely. It may be due to acid peptic disease or muscle sprain Kindly consult
