My 2 and half month old baby is making sound while sleeping and his nose blocks at night, he hasn't got a runny nose. Is this anything serious

Saline nasal drops can be instilled in the nose. Just making sound while sleeping does not need treatment. Please make a video during sleep and meet your pediatrician for check up
