I have met with an accident on September 15 ,2016and it is operated n inserted 2 plates in my right leg. Can i travel by car more than 10 hours. Is it safe or not

Yes, you can. But take continues breaks for every 1hour and make sure that your limb should be in elevated position.

So is your  cast off if that's the case then their are chances you may get swelling in the area if leg is not in supported sitting.
