Hello sir, I am currently taking palido od, i wanted to know wether i could take the supplement magnesium L-threonate for reducing my stress level and improving my memory.

For what u taking paliperidone. U can took  supplement but need to know about ur symptoms and medicine details.Antipsychotic also can induce restless and if it is a reversible cause of memory damage then all details to know .
