I have an issue of large tongue ...many a times it gets in between teeth so sometimes there is a pain in the tongue. I am worried a lot of it thinking there is something else. Some time back I have done MRI PNS for some other issue. I just want to know if there is something serious would it reflect in the MRI Report..? I am thinking too much. I have consulted oral surgeon couple of times but my mind is still thinking something serious. Please help. In both side of the side in the last part of the tongue there are 2-3 dots and doctor said it is taste buds not not ulcers. This issue is eating my mind and I am unable to concentrate.

Donot worry as due to depapillation of the taste buds often these bumps keep forming on and off If u hve already correlated the issue with your dental surgeon iam sure he would have done a thorough intra oral check up for you
