My wife is taking M2 tone syrup for the last one month due to irregular periods. Usually her periods will start after 40 days. This month she took pineapple on her 35 th day and periods gets started on other day. Please let me know the correlation.. Thanks in advance ...

M2 tone syrup is uterine tonic and helps in the increment of uterus flow.Same function is of pineapple.But I don't think due to pineapple she has got period next day.Continue the M2 tone.
