Menstrual blood colour changed and white spots coming along with menstruation. Doctor recommended Mvista tablets course for 3 months. Is it good for health and normal pregnancy or is there any side effects on women health to conceive pregnancy

Menstrual blood colour has no significances. M Vista contains folic acid, which is needed for baby's brain development. You should continue it.
