I would suggest you to go for diet alteration and exercise rather than supplements as they have side effects...avoid junk foods,add extra calories,have 4 to 5 small meals rather than large 3...add proteins like egg white,chicken,healthy fats,fibre rich foods,carbohydrates to your diet...do add fruits to diet...do bulk up exercises like weight lifting etc without failure regularly...consult dietitian for further details
