Hi, hope you are well. To gain weight eat energy rich small, frequent meals. Fruit milkshakes or smoothies, honey or peanut butter with fruits, dried fruits, dates with milk, almonds soaked and dipped with honey ghee in your roti or rice. Do not go for excess of fried or junk food. Hope this helps.
Foods that help in gain weight are extra helping of chapati, dal/ pulses and vegetable.
Milk, curds, eggs, groundnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio, dry coconut, potato and banana on regular basis helps to gain weight.
Two to three fruits a day.
If you take milk, curds, milk products, pulses, dals, eggs, nuts on daily basis than you don't need to take protein supplement.
Many people consume fried, sugar and sweets to gain weight. That's a wrong practice.
