M not pregnant and not getting my period

Last period happen on 25 feb and after that till now no bleeding.. I have checked through prega news there were two line one faint line.. After ultrasound nothing was clear as my dr said that there is small pregnancy and then i do ultrasound after 15 day.. That time there is no pregnancy at all.. Some clots and infection.. After that dr suggested to take maperate for 5 day i started take tablet on 11 may and completed on 15 may but still my periods are not coming.. Please suggest me some medicine for periods.. And tell me if there is any serious issue...

Is this happening for the first time??...  start with Rajahpravartini vati tab 2bd n Ashokarishtha .keep taking till you get your cylcle. Get your thyroid profile done n share the reports
