Lymphocytes

I did my blood test, and my lymphocytes came 46.6% . Is it something that should concern me or it's normal?

If you don't have fever  this lymphocyte count is not significant.  However it is borderline high. It can be due to recent infection which may or may not be symptomatic. However the entire cbc report should be shared. Only one part of it is not sufficient to comment on wellbeing. 
Next Steps
consult with doctor with the whole report.
