Lymphocytes (count=45%), RBC= 4.9 M/cu.m

My Mother got fever,back ache, body pains on May 3rd and started medicine (doxycycline, Ivermetim,Montek,Dolo,vit c,d) as one of our family doctor suggested.Not went for any clinical examination and not done any covid test. After  5 days went for CRP,CBC,LDH,DDimer,Chest Xray. Where all values are normal, but RBC Count = 4.9 Million/cu.mm & Lymphocytes ( 45%) On May 11th went for Covid Test and it is negative but then doctor prescribed (Mepsol, Azithromycin,Monocef,Leviz,Zinc etc) Currently having some cough and weakness. Please let me know if I need any further tests , and suggest me can I use those medicines. She is having BP as well.
