I have lymph nodes in left side of neck.somestimes I also get pain in left side of neck .Is this a symptom of neck cancer

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  There are a lot of causes for swollen lymph nodes. Dont think straight away about cancer. Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
