From 3 to 4 year lymph nodes are swelling under both hands. It is some time irreting but not cause any problem. Plz assist me it is dangerous or not. It symptom of HIV or any serious problem

I would advise you to meet a MD general medicine so that you can be evaluated so the lymph nodes examined and be treated accordingly. Axillary lymph nodes(lymph nodes in your armpit) are usually palpable but if it is more than 1cm in size it is significant.
