HELLO,   CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON. GANGLION IF SEVERE PAIN IS THEIR GO FOR SURGERY. FNAC(NEEDLE BIOPSY)N HISTOPATHOLOGY EXAMINATION IS NEEDED FOR DIAGNOSIS WHY LYMPHNODES ARE ENLARGED. O.K BYE.
