Hello, I’m a 25 year old male, I had swelling in my neck area , multiple small one in my throat region and a slightly bigger one at the back of my neck. I went to ER two months ago, they said it is lymph infection and it did go down by using antibiotics but it is back now. I want to know if this is cancerous or just an infection ?
