Sir 3months back I got a swelling just behind my ear and it resolved within 2days completely by using some drugs and from that time a small lymph node is present on that place but I cannot feel it on other side what is the reason for it and is it a serious problem

Lymphnodes are normal structures in our body. We have many lymphnodes in our neck. It is not always pathological. Lymph nodes are considered diseased only when they enlarge in size ( more than 2 cm) or they are nfected/ painful/ swollen.

A small lymph node in neck without any other symptoms is not a serious disease.

It is advised to have a USG neck done to know exact size, nature and location of the lymph node if it is persistent for months.
