My inguinal lymph node has swelled up suddenly. However I do not have any leg injury etc of such. Should I visit a doctor? And if so, which specialist?

In general, infections are the most common cause of  lymph node enlargement anywhere of the body. You may have urinary tract infection so may be ur inguinal lymph node swelling.
