I have problem in my left ear my left ear is just like sunnn. and always hearing goooooonnn type of sound . i am hearing from my left ear but i canot stop that kind of sond uunnnnnnn. this problem is continues for 3days

Should be ruled out upper respiratory tract infection/congestion or eustachian tube dysfunction.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
