I had done a lipid profile test and ecg (reports attached) for an insurance. But the insurance got cancelled, reason being elevated lipid profile and LVH in ECG. Is there anything serious?

Yes your lipids are deranged. High LDL and low HDL. Check your BP values. You will need a physical consultation for evaluation of risk factors
