My echo report All cardiac chamber with in limit LV Wall motion seen normal at rest Lvef was approxed 60 to 65% Mitral valve prolapse grade I with no significant MR. LV dailostic dysfunction grade 2 (e>a) Is this normal finding Lv dislostic dysfunction is major problem..

It is not a major problem. Just do repeat echo once in two years , or as per your cardiologist.
