Calculus deposition in lungs and lungs are working just 30-40% and doctors say that it is irreversible damage so what can be done further to prevent further degradation and if there is any treatment possible pls reply its really urgent

hi, sorry without seeing case sheet , x rays can't  say anything about treatment options , 30 % function of both  lung suggests serious problem with lungs
