My mother is suffering due to a lump Or tumor structure on the joints of the right thumb. It is a small red, oozing and bleeds heavily when get in contacts with something. She's suffering since 2-3 months. She's taking homeopathy medicine. It's neither fall off nor disappearing.

You need to consult a plastic surgeon. My guess may be a pyogenic granuloma. Needs examination before confirming.
