From three- five days I am feeling itching in my throat. Today I noticed tiny red spots in my throat. From yesterday, I am feeling pain on the left side of my neck (outside pain, not inside my food pipe). The pain only happens during Yawning, When I move my head upwards and when I am about to ly on the bed. Pains feel like Jaise mere neck ki skin khich rhi ho. I discovered small soft lump in my neck near to my Jaw. Today, i felt the same on right side. Is this Serious matter? Please help me and guide me . (Neither i face problem while swallowing nor breathing problem but i feel a lit bit dry throat)
