Please consult an experienced ENT and head and neck surgeon for proper clinical examination. The provisional diagnosis will guide what further special investigations to be done.
Next Steps
please show him or her all the investigations already done.
Health Tips
Don't do any investigation haphazardly, it should be done judiciously to arrive at a definitive diagnosis.
