I have a dark red lump under my tongue. It comes up and down occasionally. It's quite large but doesn't hurt. What might this be?

Visit your OMRD specialist dentist  for clinical examination and other tests to confirm diagnosis. It might be obstructed salivary duct which is causing pooling to saliva causing the lump.
