Lump seen above penis area

When i drink water continuously there is no lump. sometimes lump is there above the penis area. i want to know the reason why the lump and how it forms and sometimes its plain. i don't have any urinary problem.

Hello, If you feel something comes in scrotal area then it may be inguinal hernia.
