My wife got small lump on the feet from a month and it is painful.. can someone suggest any medicine or something to heal.

Lump is on dorsum of foot or in the sole? In jow many days it developed? Is there any change in colour of overlying skin? Is this lump movable or fixed? Is there any discharge from lump?
