I have a lump on the skin of my eye. It is a lump from inside. It is painless but is growing. I have it from the past 11/2 years but was small and is now growing big. Please suggest some solution.

Hello This looks like Chalazion Treatment include A.  Medical management include warm compresses followed by lid massage from down to up followed by application of azithromycin ointment locally over lid margins B.  Intralesional triamcinolone injections C incision and curattage is another option
