A lump has appeared on back, some months ago and is getting larger, each passing day. Pains when gets pressed while sleeping or other activities. My father, the concerned person, is a diabetic patient. Request to suggest a treatment.

It is best if removed, the exact nature can be know after testing it under the microscope, the structure is not giving enough information about its exact nature. A biopsy can be done first where only a part is removed to examine it.
