I am having a lump in my left tonsil. And white small dots over both the tonsils. It's been a month. Rarely having Ear and throat pain while swallowing frm left. But the ear pain is gone after salt water gargle. I also discovered a stone frm back of the throat, which I removed with a ear bud. . But this tonsil isn't getting back to normal. Please help. I am a smoker as well. Recently diagnosed with acid reflux I m also having decayed wisdoms teeth of that left side. And submandibular lymph node pain and swelling as well on left. Please help.
