I am finding a abnormal growth of a lump on my left testicle. it is small and feels like a tiny ball. it wasnt there before. can i know is anything serious in it??

If the swelling is there at the skin level, you need not worry but if its deeper inside, get a consultation with a urologist nearby and do ultrasound examination of scrotum
