I m having a lump in my anal region, which is visible only on pressure . sometimes burning sensation ,mild discomfort is there experiencing for past 2 days.no bleeding ,pus .kindly advise .I'm leaving  abroad for a short vacation ( 10 days ) .is it serious ,what to do
