I have attached the images. There is a polyp type structure below the right tonsil. I have attached the picture. The whitish thing is the ear bud ignore it. Please tell what it is? I sometimes feel it while swallowing. Is it something malignant? I have worried too much. My age is 22.

Tonsillar malignancy is diagnosed primarily my clinical examination (feeling the tonsil) and biopsy. Picture shows a small polyp like growth which may very well be declared normal after examination.
