My Mom developed a lump under her chin (right side) 3 days back. She was suffering from cough and cold. The doctor said it is a muscle spasm but it's growing and is becoming more painful. Do we wait fir medicine course to finish or do we need to go for any tests? Please advise.

No need to go for testing ..if it's painful it may be lymph node swelling because of some infection .. if she doesn't recover with medicine then you can go for testing.consult online with a clear picture or with a video call.
