Lump in testicles

I have noticed lump in my left testicle. Also noticed tightness in the left side of waistline near penis. Sometime is pain even if I sneeze. At times the pain is unbearable and I have to lay down for sometime. But this is not of daily basis. It happens one day in let's say 15 days. Pls advise.

Any lump in the testis should not be ignored. It can be a testicular tumor. Hence it is prudent to get yourself examined by a urologist. The other possibilities can be a epididymal cyst, hydrocele, hernia etc which are benign conditions.
