I have lump right side of neck under jaw,there is no pain but sometimes irritation only, is it normal ?

You might be feeling enlarged lymph node under your jaw. If it is asymptomatic and not more than 1cm in size you need not worry about it. Proper examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis
