  4. Lump in brest. To future test. pls help.

Lump in brest

Rhis my brest sonommography report. 1 st report in oct and lump size is 6.1x 4.4 x5.8 mm And 2 nd report in feb lump size is incrse 8.6 x 7.7x 4.1 mm the size is incrase is normal. Can i do need future test. My doctor side need not to future test . Pls help.

Your breast findings are suggestive of fibroadenoma and fibroadenosis, which are benign (non-cancerous) breast conditions. I would advise you to perform regular breast self-examination once every month, ideally about one week after your menstrual period, as shown in the reference images. Please monitor for any change in size or new symptoms.

You may take: * Tab. EVION LC 400mg — once daily for 3 months. I would also recommend a bilateral breast ultrasound (USG) along with a mammogram after 6 months for follow-up evaluation.

since the lump is subcentimetric & with BIRADS-2 no need to do any further tests.. If it causes pain or increase in size on repeat scan consult a surgeon..
