Lump growing after Coronary Angiography

My mother age of 64 had CAG but everything is normal, it has been 8 days she is growing a lump day by day at punctured site. Attaching a image, what could have happened? She feels lot of pain with little press. I am tensed before reaching hospital. Thank u Sir/madam.

The photos show mild bruising and a couple of small healing puncture marks at the site, nothing dramatically swollen in this view. Still, a lump that keeps growing and hurts more with pressure, eight days after a procedure like this, needs a proper look, since it can sometimes be a blood collection or a small widened artery at the puncture point rather than ordinary bruising.
Next Steps
Please go back to the hospital that did the procedure this week so the cardiologist can examine the site directly and scan it if needed, rather than waiting for it to settle on its own.
Health Tips
Go in urgently if the lump suddenly gets much bigger, feels like it's pulsing, or she gets dizzy or breathless.
