My 2 month old got lump(even used cold compress) in leg after vaccination , my aunt is saying this lump should not have happened , it won't go away ever? Please suggest me what to do?

Apply a little thrombophlebitis ointment. Don’t rub. Do this for 3 days The lump will go away slowly
