I had slight pain for around 4 days in my belly button. Today I checked and noticed a white looking lump/cyst/boil (for lack of knowledge what to call it). I have pain in the belly button mostly only when touched. What can it be?

Doesn't look normal . Consult a doctor in person . Maybe a surgeon preferably .. if not possible get a USG abdomen and the region involved and consult with me  online . Try not to meddle with the swelling now !
