Lump, Black poo, Cancerous or not?

Hi, I have had this medium sized lump on the right hand side at the back of my neck near the bottom of the hairline. I have had this for 2+weeks now. It is slightly tender. It does not move and is hard. I have been feeling dizzy and weak for the past few days as well as sweats and hot flushes. I have also been having black poo when I got to the toilet. I would like to know I’m detail what this is and means for me and what to do. Thank you.
