There is a small hard lump below my penile shaft it has been there for aleast two weeks now. I don’t think hair had grown on it and it’s red abit and it’s not to itchy. I haven’t had sex but masterbaute regularly. I’m worried it’s small and not visible but hard. Please not be cancer
