Sir, I'm a 28 years old male, healthy 177 cm/ 74 kgs. I got a lump below my right nipple ( recognized it two days ago, before that I don't know whether it existed or not). It's a little painful and is in the size of a peanut. There is also a minor pain in a nerve near it. What should I do now.
