Hi doctor, I have a  pea size lump below my breast. It was never paining, hence I ignored. Since yesterday it's paining and it turned red also. Could you please help me to advise what it could be and how to get remove it. As now it's lockdown unable to meet doctor, hence need your advice. Thanks, Divya
