Hello Doctor, I have a lump behind my left ear from past one week..it is painful as I press it..but not moving..can you please advise what this could be and how this could be treated? I have no fever as such.I am sending you the photo as well...

Based on your history...and on seeing the picture...I suspect it as parotid swelling caused due to acute parotitis...most common cause is viral infection...I recommend you empirical antibiotics to avoid secondary bacterial infection...
