Lump after epididymitis and orchitis

I was diagnosed with epididymitis and orchitis around 1 year ago,now the swelling is gone but there is always some pain and a mass on the lower left testicle of size of a pea.I will rate my pain as 3 out of 10.when it was first diagnosed,it had very much pain swelling.
